For a beach break, Wappan Station also offers Alexander's Beach House at Point Lonsdale, approximately 90 minutes south-west of Melbourne, past Geelong.

Royal Town Cottage is a comfortable, self-contained two-bedroom cottage with airconditioning that sleeps six.

It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, separate toilet and kitchen/living area.  The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the second has two single beds. There is a double sofa bed and TV/VCR in the living room, and stove, microwave, fridge and freezer in the fully equipped kitchen.  All bed linen is provided.

Royal Town Cottage has an open fire and electric blankets for snuggling up in winter, and a BBQ under the verandah and outdoor setting for relaxing on long summer evenings with beautiful views of the surrounding hills.

Wappan Cottage is a spacious, quiet and very comfortable five-bedroom self-contained cottage with views of Lake Eildon. 

Sleeping 12, the cottage is ideal for two families, with two bathrooms, three showers, two separate living areas, an outdoor BBQ and garden setting.  The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed with ensuite and there's another queen-sized bed in the second bedroom.  Two bedrooms are twin share and the fifth has a set of bunks.  There is also a queen-sized sofa bed in the kitchen/living area, which also has a wood heater.  The second living/dining room has an open fire.

The Shearers Quarters sleeps 20 and has a simple charm all of its own. 

It has eight bedrooms, big kitchen and living area, and a verandah on one side overlooking the Wappan Hills.  Four bedrooms open onto the verandah and the other four are around the back.  Four bedrooms are twin share, two have double beds, two have twin bunks.  There is a fireplace in the kitchen/living area with a massive table seating 20 people and newly renovated corrugated iron bathroom facilities just outside.
